Dilip Joshi is one of the best actors in the television industry. The actor is known for his humour and disciplined lifestyle. However, once he was seen getting angry at Kapil Sharma fans. Below is what exactly happened that made him angry.
Dilip is known for his fun-loving behavior with everyone around him. He is often seen having fun but once, during an award show, he lashed out at Kapil’s fans as they were screaming the star comedian’s name.
It was back in 2014, Dilip Joshi attended the Indian telly Awards along with Disha Vakani and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The actor was called on the stage to present the award of Best Actor in a Comic Role. Many Kapil fans were present during the event who scream Kapil’s name, even before he could open the cue card.
It did irk Dilip to an extent but he funnily said, “Man, I have got this cue card in my hand, let me speak. The jury has seen everything and worked hard to decide the winner. They have not given the award just like that to anybody.” Further, while announcing the winner, he said, “you all are right” as he announced Kapil Sharma as the winner. However, things looked settled after Kapil did show respect for Dilip in his winning speech.

Meanwhile, those who don’t know, Kapil and Dilip aren’t really good friends. It’s all due to Kapil’s style of humour which Dilip doesn’t like. Not just Dilip, but reportedly even Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Shailesh Lodha isn’t fond of Kapil’s comedy.
On the work front, Dilip Joshi is associated with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah which completed 13 years recently. Speaking of Kapil, the comedian is coming with the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show.
