We’re back with another Simply Savage story. And today, our special celebrity is Katrina Kaif. Kat has been part of Bollywood for almost two decades now. Interestingly, lately, the actress has learned how to hit back with her savage replies. Once she even trolled her ex and co-star Ranbir Kapoor, showing her thug life side.
We haven’t often seen Katrina giving it back to reporters and trolls like a boss. From what we have seen for several years, Kat looks like a very calm and silent person by nature. Leaving aside her love life, the actress had never been indulged in controversies and never developed a reputation of pulling a leg of her co-stars. She’s a truly underrated Bollywood actor who doesn’t take a sh*t from anybody.
The incident we’re today talking about is from the pre-release media event of Jagga Jasoos. During the event, Ranbir Kapoor tried to be over smart and was pulling a leg of Katrina Kaif. Kat’s reply to him was something unexpected.
Taking a hilarious dig at Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor shared that he used to teach her how to perform in songs like Chikni Chameli and Kamli. He said, “Mein isko rehearse karwata tha, expressions, variations, sab kuch sikhata tha (I used to make her rehearse, expressions, variations, used to teach her everything). There is no gratefulness that you have shown about it.” Interrupting him, Katrina trolled Ranbir by asking, “Tu pike aaya kya?” (Are you drunk?). This line by Kat left everyone sitting at the venue in splits.
Not just reporters, but even Ranbir Kapoor was stumped by Katrina Kaif’s savage reply, as he went complete mute. Ranbir took a pause and pointed at Aamir Khan by making a reference to his ‘PK’ movie.
