Unfortunately, for the past few months, she has been in the news for some wrong reasons. Some reports had stated that the actress does not share good relations lately with her husband Naga Chaitanya. The couple got married three years ago.
Some reports suggest that Samantha is living separately in Hyderabad, and her husband has gone back to his parental house. Reportedly, South star Nagarjuna (father of Chaitanya) even tried to bring the couple back together. However, he did not succeed in doing so.
The rumors were also triggered when the actress changed her name on social media from Samantha Akkineni to just an ‘S’. She also changed her username to Samantha Prabhu. However, it is said that she has changed it because of her Telugu film ‘Shaakuntalam’.
When the actress was questioned by her colleagues and the media, she refused and a similar response was given by Naga. These rumors further looked baseless as Samantha wished her father-in-law Nagarjuna on the occasion of his birthday. While wishing, she tweeted, “No words can describe my respect for you. I wish you an abundance of health and happiness, today and always. Happy birthday to the man, the phenomena @iamnagarjuna mama.”
Further, the actress responded to the fans by giving a silent reply. She bought a huge piece of land in Goa with her husband, and their farmhouse has been built there. The couple has given the charge of building a modern farmhouse to an architect. The property is near the beach, which is a plus for the couple.
