Dharmaveer 2 Box Office Collection Till Now (4 Days): Earns 15% Profit, It’s A Success!

Prasad Oak-led Dharmaveer 2 is performing brilliantly at the Indian box office. After coming from a superb opening weekend, the film remained rock-steady on its first weekday (Monday), witnessing a minimal drop from its opening day. Apart from showing superb hold, it has also turned out to be a successful affair. Made on a controlled budget, the film has recovered its cost and made decent returns in the first 4 days. Reception among critics and audiences

Helmed by Pravin Tarde, the Dharmaveer sequel opened to mixed to positive reviews from critics. While the performances and the direction are being praised, many are calling it a propaganda tool before the Maharashtra assembly elections, which are reportedly scheduled in November 2024. Speaking about the ticket-buying audience, the film is enjoying decent word-of-mouth and there’s ground-level buzz due to the mega success of the first installment.

Dharmaveer 2 at the Indian box office

Dharmaveer 2 released in theatres on September 27 and its business is mainly driven by Maharashtra. Despite tough competition from Devara and Navra Maza Navsacha 2, the film opened with excellent numbers, posting a start of 1.92 crores. It surpassed Navra Maza Navsacha 2’s 1.86 crores to mark the biggest Marathi opening of 2024.

After a superb start, it grew over the weekend and added 2.53 crores and 3.47 crores, on day 2 and day 3, respectively. So, Dharmaveer 2 packed the opening weekend of 7.92 crores. Monday was a crucial day for the film and guess what, it passed the Monday test with flying colors. Yes, it raked in 1.35 crores on day 4, showing a drop of just 29.68% from the opening day, indicating a superb trend during weekdays. Including this, the Prasad Oak starrer stands at 9.27 crores net at the Indian box office.
