However, how many of you know that the actor has been part of a Chinese movie? Yes, you read that right! Shyam Pathak was a part of a Chinese film, Lust, Caution. The movie was later dubbed in English.

A few days back, the actor himself shared a short clip from the movie which went viral in no time. Even though it’s a small clip, the actor was seen in an important scene. He is seen sharing the screen space with veteran Anupam Kher and Chinese actor Tang Wei. As soon as the netizens found the video, they went crazy and showered their love for the brilliant acting skills of the actor.

Shyam Pathak featured in the movie a year before he was cast in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The film ‘Lust, Caution’ was released back in 2007. The movie was made under the direction of Ang Lee.

Meanwhile, the actor entered the entertainment world in 1997 with the movie, Ghoonghat. Later, he made his way into TV serials. He began with the show Jasuben Jayantilaal Joshi Ki Joint Family and went on to do a lot of shows.
