After a hiatus, the star comedian and the team is set to bounce back with The Kapil Sharma Show with a fresh new season. With the new season, it’s learned that Kapil has also updated his charges, and believe us, it’s huge!
According to the reports, Kapil Sharma has increased his fee to 50 lakhs per episode. Earlier, his fee was 60 lakhs per week. Considering the updated fee, the star comedian will take away 1 crore per week after shooting two episodes each weekend.
However, there’s no official word on the news, but if Kapil is taking such a huge sum, he will become one of the most highest-paid TV celebs. As of now, Salman Khan is the highest paid with his monstrous fees for Bigg Boss. Amitabh Bachchan too is in the league with his stint in Kaun Banega Crorepati. Kapil truly deserves every single penny considering the show being the most profitable comedy show ever in Indian TV history.
Reportedly, the upcoming season of The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to make a comeback in July. The fans of Kapil and the show are eagerly waiting to watch their favourite show on TV. The show has been a dose of laughter and a family show for many years. It is said that the new season will be coming in a new format.
