Ajay Devgn Is Now An Owner Of 60 Crores’ Lavish Bungalow In Mumbai!

Ajay Devgn loves living a luxurious life and his latest purchase screams the same. The man of some amazing purchases has now shed a whopping amount for a bungalow in Mumbai. It’s something one could only dream of!

It’s learned that the Singham actor has spent a colossal sum of 60 crores on a ‘sprawling bungalow’ in Mumbai. The new house is next to the one he presently owns and lives in with his wife Kajol and their two children, Nysa and Yug.

The new house, described as a ‘sprawling mansion’ in Juhu, Mumbai, is very near to the actor’s existing residence, Shivshakti. Ajay Devgn‘s representative revealed to a leading daily that he has purchased a home in the same alley where he presently resides, however, no price has been revealed.

As per the sources from real estate, the estimated value of the property is around 60 crores. Ajay Devgn and his wife, Kajol, were said to have been seeking a new home for a year. The property has an area of the 590-square-yard. On May 7, the Kapole Cooperative Housing Society handed the property to Ajay and his mother, Veena Virendra Devgn.

Ajay’s neighbours include Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan, who recently acquired a new home in the same region. Amitabh bought a 31 crores apartment.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn was most recently seen in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which grossed over 350 crores globally. He will be also seen in an extended cameo in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi which stars Alia Bhatt. He also has SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Amit Sharma’s Maidaan and Bhuj: The Pride of India in his kitty. That’s not it. He will be seen in Mayday alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Thank God, and the web series Rudra – The Edge of Darkness which is an Indian version of Luther.
