Thalapathy Vijay & Atlee’s Next Movie To Be Their Biggest Ever Pan-Indian Project With 3X The Budget Of KGF Chapter 2?

Atlee is all busy directing Jawan, which will be marking Shah Rukh Khan’s pan-India debut. The work is going on in full swing and the film is scheduled to release next year in June. However, even before that film gets completed, the director’s next movie with Thalapathy Vijay is making all the noise. Scroll below for more details.

The combo of Vijay and Atlee has given three big hits to Kollywood in the form of Theri, Mersal, and Bigil. But this time, it’s not just about Kollywood but on a pan-India level. Yes, you read that right! Vijay will be finally getting a much-deserved exposure across the country.

Thalapathy Vijay is undeniably one of the biggest stars in the Tamil film industry. His dubbed films on TV and YouTube are quite popular in the Hindi market. Unfortunately, the actor didn’t get a perfect film till now which would appeal to the Hindi audience theatrically too. But it seems that his wait is over as reports suggest that Atlee is planning a movie for Vijay which would be the biggest project for both.

If reports are to be believed, Atlee and Thalapathy Vijay’s next movie will be mounted on a colossal budget of 300 crores. Yes, that’s right! It’s three times the budget of KGF Chapter 2, so just imagine what would be the scale of the film. However, fans will have to wait as Vijay will be soon wrapping his Varisu and post that, he’ll be working with Lokesh Kanagaraj.

After completing Lokesh’s film, Vijay will start working on Atlee’s next. The magnum opus is expected to go on floors in the second half of 2023.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay will be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan in a special appearance. The film also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover.
