Shah Rukh Khan is being pushed to take action against Sameer Wankhede

Last weekend, the bail order by the Bombay High Court in the Aryan Khan case was out. As per the order,  there was no positive evidence against Aryan that proves he was engaged in unlawful activities. In short, it was a sort of clean chit to Shah Rukh’s son.

For those who don’t know, Aryan was granted bail by the high court due to a lack of evidence in the drugs consumption/possession case. Despite not single having single evidence, NCB made Aryan be in custody for over 20 days. Due to this very reason, the legal team has now reportedly advised Shah Rukh to drag Sameer Wankhede to court as he was leading the case.

As of now, there are no developments on whether it’s going to be Shah Rukh Khan vs Sameer Wankhede in near future. Khan will be first completing his pending movie projects before moving on to other things.
