Unpredictable is the word one could use to describe The Kashmir Files at the box office. After a surprisingly rocking jump on day 5 i.e. first Tuesday, the film has again witnessed earth-shattering numbers on day 6.
Helmed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, TKF has proved that if the content is really good with emotions being handled brilliantly, there’s no limit to the success of a film. Of course, the subject of Kashmiri Pandits has always been a sensitive topic, and this film has rightfully clicked with the audience.
On Tuesday, The Kashmir Files jumped and collected 18 crores after Monday’s 15.05 crores. Now, if early estimates are to be considered, the film will end up making 18-20 crores on day 6 i.e first Wednesday. Isn’t that out of this world?
Considering these numbers, the box office total of TKF would stand at 78.20-80.20 crores, which is a blockbuster achievement. With all the hype on social media and mouth publicity taking place at an extraordinary level, the film might even hit the 20 crores mark on day 7, a day before Holi.
Yes, the thing might just happen and there are high chances that The Kashmir Files might close its week 1 by crossing the milestone of 100 crore. Will it happen, let’s wait and watch!
