Released on the 3rd of June, Vikram witnessed a grand release across the globe. In India itself, the film released on over 4000 screens. It took a bumper opening of 37.50 crores at the Indian box office. Unlike several South Indian biggies, this film didn’t witness a sharp fall on day 2 after a huge start. It maintained 33 crore+ on each day during its opening weekend.

Vikram collection till now

Not just in its original Tamil version but in its Hindi version too, Vikram picked up a pace due to strong word-of-mouth. Speaking about all languages, the film has put up a thunderous show as it has earned 193 crores till yesterday i.e. day 13 at the Indian box office. The figure is inclusive of all languages’ collections.

Budget & profit

Reportedly, the film carries a huge budget of 110 crores and is one of the most expensive thrillers in Kollywood (Tamil film industry). Thankfully, with such positive reports and love from the audience, the film has managed to recover its making cost and is already in a huge profit zone.
