Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero. It had released in 2018 and flopped miserably at the box office. Post that, we have seen him in cameo appearances in a couple of films including R Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Nambi Effect and Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra. It’s Yash Raj Films’ home production and they are making sure to make Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback an event all across the globe. In the United States, already 977 shows have been listed and as per the trade report, the film has already sold tickets worth 2.12 crores gross. Just remember that there are still 10 days to go for the release and full fledged advance booking is yet to open.
In Germany, where the pre-sales started first, the reported collections are 1.27 crores gross and that’s really impressive.
Australia has reportedly sold tickets worth 0.42 crore gross till now. Apart from these three territories, collections of around 0.89 crore gross has been reported from the remaining territories. Combining these figures, Pathaan has already sold tickets worth 4.70 crores gross, which is massive considering the final stage of promotions is yet to kick in.
