What a night we just witnessed at Madison Square Garden! The Super SmackDown show came to an end with John Cena surprising the crowd with a dark match. But more than that, it’s his Indian greeting gesture that is making all the noise. Below is all you need to know about Cena’s latest viral video from MSG.

As advertised by Madison Square Garden’s official site, the crowd got what they were promised- dark matches. Unfortunately, dark matches didn’t get telecast on television and we’re really sad for hardcore WWE fans. Nonetheless, it was worth every penny for the crowd who booked their tickets for the grand night.

After SmackDown went off-air, John Cena entered the arena and teamed up with Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik Mysterio. The trio faced The Bloodline- Roman Reigns and the Usos. The match was won by Cena and Mysterios as the 16-time world champion pinned one of the Usos after an Attitude Adjustment.

After the match ended, a fan recorded a video of John Cena and his wife Shay Shariatzadeh, leaving Madison Square Garden. While fans were chanting Cena’s name, the WWE legend greeted back with an Indian ‘Namaskar’. Check out the video below:

We would love to see how John’s Indian fans react to this!

Meanwhile, speaking of another dark match, we saw a contest between Happy Corbin and Drew McIntyre. McIntyre was declared the winner due to disqualification, as he was hit by Corbin with a chair.
