Budget of Kabzaa

Just like every other magnum opus, the audience is eager to know about the cost of this latest Sandalwood release. As per the insider from the trade circle, Kabzaa carries a budget of 110 crores including production, publicity and advertising costs. This huge cost makes it the most expensive Kannada film in history.

Beats KGF Chapter 2 & Vikrant Rona in budget

Kabzaa beats the likes of the biggest Sandalwood films ever. For the unversed, Yash’s KGF Chapter 2 had a budget of 100 crores and Kichcha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona was made at 95 crores. The Upendra starter beats both these biggies with its exorbitant cost.

When Kabzaa will emerge as a box office success?

To at least get a semi-hit verdict, Kabzaa will need to earn 137.50 crores nett at the Indian box office. For a hit verdict, it will need to make at least 165 crores nett. Yesterday, the film opened with just 10.50 crores nett on board from all across the country and looking at the negative reviews, the box office journey seems to be very difficult. Emerging as a clean success is clearly out of sight now!
