As per the early estimates flowing in, Vikrant Rona is heading towards a day of 16-18 crores (all languages) with a majority of the chunk coming in from the Kannada version. It’s a very good start and it’s already one of the biggest openers for the sandalwood industry.

The good thing is, favourable public reaction has caught up and the results are clearly seen in the night shows. In the Hindi belt too, the night shows are showing much better occupancy. Another big thing is that the ticket prices are normal, which will help in garnering more crowds to theatres.

While the Kannada version will fare well even tomorrow, it will be interesting to see how Vikrant Rona sustains the competition from Ek Villain Returns.

Helmed by Anup Bhandari, Vikrant Rona is running in India in five languages including Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu.
