Filmmaker Vinod Kapri had tweeted one video a couple of days ago. In the video, Anurag Kashyap makes shocking claims against Sameer Wankhede. Talking to Faye D’Souza, Anurag said that NCB operates as instructed by the people in power. He raised a question by saying, “Why is it that certain news media gets information of the investigation before it’s obviously put out by NCB?”

Speaking of the NCB zonal director, Anurag said, “Sameer Wankhede is a man who was with service tax department in customs. He loves invading Bollywood. He was the man who froze my bank account for two years and I dragged them to court. 15 minutes before my court hearing, my account is de-freezed after two years, putting me in trouble.”

Anurag Kashyap further shared that Wankhede is always involved with Bollywood as he loves being in media and loves making a statement. However, he even cleared that Wankhede is being used by the people in power, just like what we see with some Bollywood actors. As per Anurag, it’s the ruling party’s people who want Bollywood to be targetted, in order to deviate from serious issues of the country.

Here’s the video:

Meanwhile, as of now, Wankhede is also being targetted by NCP’s leader and Maharashtra government, Nawab Malik. Malik has alleged him of submitting fake caste/religion-related documents to secure a job. Wankhede, on the other side, is denying all such claims.
